All I can say is WOW the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is insane! This was my first year shopping the nsale and I did not know how competitive it was to shop these items. Items were selling out so fast that as soon as I put them in my cart and would go to check out they would be gone. So intense! I personally was against opening up a credit card just to shop a sale, so I waited for public access like I am sure most people did. So, the public access sale went live at 3:00am, another thing that I found complete crazy. Were people up shopping at 3:00am for clothes and shoes? I mean, I’m not going to lie it did cross my mind haha, but I got my beauty rest instead. I did start shopping the sale first thing Friday morning when I woke up and could not believe how many items were already sold out in my size. I had started a list of items throughout the week that I had my eye on and I swear at least half of them were sold out on the first day of public access. I did get a few of the items I had my eye on plus a few other things that I hadn’t seen until I really started shopping Friday morning. All together I found some awesome pieces that I can not wait to wear this fall. I am not usually one to wish for cold weather, but with these sweet deals and cute clothes I can’t wait for fall to get here!!

Last night I wore this outfit out to my 10 year class reunion! 10 years have gone by since I was in high school, so crazy to think about! It was nice to catch up with the people who did show up for the reunion. I was really surprised so many people didn’t come! Since having Beckham, Shane and I rarely go out so it was a nice excuse to get dressed up and go out with our best friends for the night. We really did have a great time all together. This black and white striped tank that I wore out is my new favorite! The stripes are split down the middle and go different ways, so fun!! Express currently has 30% off this tank and all similar colors, might be going back for a few more! I love the fit and the cute little spaghetti straps. The v-neck is not too deep either, perfect tank to wear with a sweater or blazer to the office. I am wearing size XS, fits TTS. My distressed denim jeans are also on sale right now for 40% off from Express. They are my go to pair, I wear them at least once per week, even in the summer heat. I love the fit of these as well. Super comfy. One last thing I wanted to tell you guys is if you love cute earrings but hate spending a fortune on them then you have to check out Shein.com! They have the cutest earrings and they are all EXTREMELY CHEAP!!! The white fringe pair I’m wearing in the pics above were only $2! So many people complimented me on them last night, so I thought I’d share with you ladies. I’ll do a blog post about cheap jewelry sites on Wednesday this week. Obsessed with this outfit from Shein.com! I have been ordering a lot of things from here lately and have been loving how cute the clothes are. The prices are cheap and the quality is surprisingly good. This is my first ever pair of paper bag shorts and I am so happy I jumped on the band wagon and purchased a pair. I love the fit, I am wearing a size small, they do run TTS. The tie in the front is adorable. I promise the shorts look a lot cuter when they aren’t wrinkly, oops! I didn’t notice how wrinkly they were until I saw these pics… but hey they are still so adorable. This style of shorts does come in 3 other colors, all perfect for summer. They pair perfectly with this ruffle trim tank that I also recently purchased from Shein. I’m sure you’ve seen this tank before on the blog, probably because I am obsessed with it. I did purchase the tank in red with white polka dots too, you can see a pic of it on the blog from yesterday. Tank runs TTS as well. These white fringe tassel earrings are from… yes you guessed it, Shein. These are definitely my new favorite earrings! Gold hoops with white fringe at the bottom, what more could you ask for? I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! We had such a good day playing outside, swimming and of course eating a ton of food. Beckham is a little daredevil always keeping us on our toes. He’s not even two yet and loves to run and jump off the driving board. Pretty sure my heart stops every time he does it. He’s getting so big so fast, I swear no one ever warned me how fast time goes by after you have kids. Every time I come home from work he has learned a million new things, wishing time would slow down a little bit. My husband bought him his first bike yesterday, it is so cute trying to teach him how to pedal. He’s not really sure how it works but I’m sure he’ll catch on any minute and i’ll be running down the street trying to catch him. Do you guys feel like time flies so fast once you have kids too? Honestly, when I was in high school I never felt like time was flying by me. Anyway, have to hop off of here and make dinner. Best Designer Dupes at Target

Sharing a few of my favorite designer dupes at Target for summer 2018.

Today has been such a great Sunday fun day! I was finally able to use my Mother’s Day spa gift this morning, thanks hunny! I feel so relaxed, I wish I could get massages and pedis every day. It’s also my sisters birthday so the whole family went to Carrabba’s for dinner, my mouth is still watering from that meal! Omg you guys, if you haven’t tried their lobster ravioli you are missing out, its to die for!! I hope you are all having a nice weekend, I know I’m not ready for it to end. Our pool is finally open and all I want to do is go outside and play with Beckham.

In today’s post I wanted to share a few of my favorite designer dupes from Target. These items are seriously cute and more than half the price of the designer item. Target for the win!!!

I love these slides from Target, they are so comfortable and easy to just throw on with any outfit. I’ve been wearing them nonstop since I purchased them a few weeks ago and for $12.99 I may just go back for the brown pair as well. They are such a great dupe for the Steve Madden brand. I have been dying to get my hands on a pair of the Mark Fisher Espadrilles but honestly the thought of spending $150.00 on a pair of shoes that I can only wear a few months out of the year in Ohio just isn’t worth it to me. I found this super comparable pair of espadrilles at Target and could not resist purchasing them! I love a good wedge shoe and for less than 1/4 of the price of the designer brand I just couldn’t pass it up. I ordered these online this past week and am still waiting for them to arrive in the mail. I will do a review once they are here and let you know if they are as cute as they look online (our store was sold out, so they must be a hot seller!). Straw bags are all the rage this year and I have been digging this trend! Target has great straw bags for sale and they are all listed at affordable prices. I just love the distressed look of this straw bag for only $21.99 from Target. It’s similar in style to the bag listed on Madewell.com by Folk Fortune which is adorable but list price is $128.00.
